Hi I'm Sharon
For more than 20 years I have been teaching people about the magic of herbs. I have run workshops on every aspect of herbal usage. Growing, cooking, body care, home cleaning, and, my favourite, healing.
Mother Nature has given us an abundance of healing plants - It's time to learn how to use them
No problem! All classes are pre-recorded which means you can watch them when it suits you. If you miss an in person class you can attend the on-line one
Definitely! This course is for everyone. By the end of the year you will know more than 60 herbs, and what to do with parsley!
No. You can make all of the remedies in your kitchen. If you have a couple of bowls, a pot, a sieve, some spoons and a stove you have all you need.
You may be surprised at how easy it is to grow herbs but, even if you don't grow your own, dried organic herbs are available at health shops, some pharmacies and on-line
