FRAGRANT HOME

Potpourri gets a bad reputation thanks to those dreadful purple and turquoise blends that smell like cheap toilet cleaners - but a home-made blend is a fabulous way to scent your home.

This natural alternative to synthetic room sprays uses herbs and spices for a festive aroma. It’s a wonderful way to use up orange peels and cinnamon sticks while creating a warm, ancestral atmosphere for your family and guests.
Feel free to change the decorative bits - The bright colours are great for a Christmas feel but subtle tones may suit you better.
