BATH & RELAXATION

Wash away the stress of the day with this blend of oats and herbs. This recipe is designed to soothe tired muscles and quiet the mind, turning a simple bath into a restorative ritual.

Californian poppy and clary sage are two wonderfully soothing herbs which are often overlooked. Lemon balm is well known for relaxation and oats make the water super soft.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Epsom salts
½ cup bicarbonate of soda
1 cup rolled oats (Jungle oats)
½ cup dried califorian poppy petals
½ cup dried lemon balm
½ cup clary sage
2 Tbsp grated lemon zest

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all of the ingredients in a glass jar and shake well.
Label.
Add half a cup to your bath water, or 2 Tbsp to a foot bath.
Note: If you don't want to fish herbs out of the plug hole, pop the mix into a small organza bag
