Spring Tonic

Herbal tonics are combinations of herbs, and can be taken in tincture, syrup, or wine form. Drinking them in a tea is an easy and pleasant way to enjoy them every day. This one is for spring and the herb are all detoxifying - just what you need after Winter.

Mother Nature is amazing - the herbs you need for each season are the ones that are thriving at that time. If you don't have one or more of these herbs you can replace them with any others you have growing well at the moment. Parsley, salad leaves, pea shoots and leaves and Nasturtiums are all excellent tonic herbs.
