Relaxing Foot Soak

This isn't just a bath; it's a reset button for your entire nervous system. By combining the 'un-frazzling' power of Chamomile with the cooling lift of Peppermint and the mineral punch of Epsom salts, you’re telling your body that the workday is officially over. Put the kettle on, grab a book, and give yourself twenty minutes of botanical bliss.


INGREDIENTS

1 cup chamomile flowers, dried

1 cup Epsom salts

1/2 cup peppermint leaves, dried


INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine all ingredients and mix well

  • Store in a glass jar and label

  • To use add 2 Tbsp to a foot bath and soak for 15-20 minutes
